he Drive Your Talents programme focuses on you as an individual but is delivered in a business team or group environment. The programme facilitators create an atmosphere where the participants can express themselves freely identifying their favourite talents, knowledge and motivation factors through self-reflection and team working and having fun on the programme.

With help of our experienced coaches during the two-day Drive Your Talents programme we will encourage you to think about the following:
• What are my principle talents and do I use these talents enough?
• What are my favourite areas of knowledge and how often can I implement them?
• What motivates me to give 100% in my work?
• Do my talents and areas of knowledge fit with customer needs?
• How can I make my work even more fun and challenging?
• How do I make sure that I start work every day with a lot of energy?

When you make conscious choices and decisions based on your talents, knowledge and motivation and understand how best they fit with your teams and customer needs, this automatically leads to more energy, success and satisfaction.

ow you use your talents to the best of your ability is up to you, it is a pro-active process, Drive Your Talents provides you with the tools and techniques to harness energy and use it to your best advantage.

Drive Your Talents is not traditional training - you could call it personal coaching in groups. The learning process doesn’t end after the two-day programme. The programme is the beginning of a new chapter in your career in which you will work on your personal development more consciously. Thanks to Drive Your Talents you gain more insight into yourself, your talents and the areas in which you can develop yourself further. You will make a Personal Energy-enhancing Plan (a PEP) in which you will write down your goals and actions and plans to improve your work life.
